Description:

Engine number 28H-003064. This only has 30PSI of compression. We never opened it up to find out why. This is being sold for parts or repair only. We never got it running so I do not know exactly what is wrong with it but it sat not running for many years. All electrical is included inside the covers. Cases are not cracked or broken, just normal signs of wear and use.
